Another olive harvesting method

Another method of harvesting the olives is to cut off the fruit-bearing branches and to strip the olives on the ground. Here Angi harvests the beautiful olives directly from the branch into the crate. We apply this method in the cleared Olives Campo, as the trees are so wild that the ladder can no longer be properly hired and the trees have to be cut into shape in the spring anyway.
