The ripening of the olives is color-recognizable

It's raining and since Saturday we can't harvest anymore. Let's see when we can keep going next week. Hopefully at the latest on Thursday. Today I pulled the pattern from the squeeze of October 25. The colour change according to the ripening of the olives is well recognizable. On the left the pattern of October 19, in the middle the pattern of October 22nd and on the right of October 25. Also the olive oil from October 25th is still a little hard. I am curious how the analysis of today's pattern will be, now it should actually be harmonious.
