Today I cut away the Succhioni (water shoots) left after last year’s ‘green cut’ On the left is a tree where all the shoots still stick up. In the middle I stand on the 12th rung at about 5m and cut with the telescopic scissors. The right tree is cut and appears in the typical “headless” shape. The olives then form hanging on the branches, and can be harvested easily by hand. Here’s the tree-cut: https://www.campo-remo.com/?page_id=2775&lang=enbefore, afterwards
